Ricci Raffaella, daughter of the founder Bruno, after graduating laude in Mathematics at the University of Bologna, deepened her studies with a post-graduate master's degree in computer science, acquiring knowledge that she would later use in her first work experiences.

To ensure continuity for the family business, in 1998 she decided to work alongside the senior for 7 years, learning the main notions and experiences of this particular and fascinating sector.

The generational transition officially took place in February 2005.
